Asking for your some opinions.

Just a quick question.

I have heard rumblings of the impending 8525 drop anywhere from the end of Sep (which obviously didn't happen) all the way up till the end of November.

Any who, what I want to know is if the 8525 doesn't drop until late Nov, would I be better off going with the N75 instead (assuming that the N75 would ship late Nov as promised)?

I really don't do a lot of work whilst away from the office, but I really dig the fact that I would be able to use wi-fi to surf the net instead of relying on MediaNet. I was also wondering if the 8525 would be able to play music and/or games, which I know the N75 will most definitely be able to do.

Sorry for the long post. Any input would be appreciated.

WAIT FOR THE 8525! I have it as the HTC TyTN model and it is the best PDA phone I have ever used. I have used it all over the U.S. and Europe. I don't know what Cingy's discount will be.

yes, the 8525 will definitely be able to play both music and games. it can do much more that that as well. i personally am waiting for the n75. I have no use for the internet, so data speeds dont matter to me. I like the n75 because its a flip phone, it plays music, and its relatively small. the 8525 doesnt flip, and I imagine will be much bigger. the 8525 will def hav more functionality to it. it all depends on whether you need all that or not.

The 8525 will be $449.99 with a $50 mail in rebate, making it $399.99.

I really do like the flip form factor rather than the unwieldy mas of the 8525. I will most likely end up going with the N75, as long as they actually release it soon. I have an upgrade that I am dying to use. I am currently using a V3 and I would love a handset with more functionality. Thanks for your opinions!

Sorry to be dense, but I'm intending to upgrade to the 3125 soon. Since the N75 is a flip, and since it's being discussed versus the new PDA by HTC ...

Is the N75 a smartphone, and who makes it??

TIA.
