Hi! I live in South Dakota. SIoux Falls SD to be exact, and I really want to know if cingular is coming to SD anytime within the next year! I was at the mall of america and they have cingular and their rate plans are better than alltel! And they have the sweetest phones! So just wondering! In case you need my zip it is 57104. Thanks!
