Employee made fish face at customer?
My cousin was in a Cingular store yesterday to buy an accessory for his phone and the Cingular rep informed him that they had it in stock, but didn't want to go downstairs to get it. My cousin asked him why not, but the Cingular rep got frustrated and glared at him. Then the Cingular rep turned red and made a fish face, and put his hands on each side of his head like fish gills and started making a high-pitch screech. A few other customers in the store looked at him really wierd, and my cousing was freaked out by this Cingular employee and ran out of the store.

"I'll fix you little girl, and your little dog too." 🤣 Truly if that was the case, and that incident really happened, I as a retail customer will respond accordingly. Word of mouth damage spreads more quickly than the most successful ad campaigns.

i think that 85percent, 100percent, and TheVZWMan, have gotten confused somehow in thinking that their opinions are welcomed in a cingular forum, i think all of us wonderful, and happy cingular people need to somehow remind them that we don't accept their ignorant stories and comments...

I have to disagree, I think the Verizon guys should be welcome in here. I mean, I know alot of us like to talk shop in there Forum. We arent Crips and Bloods. We sell phones for different companies. that doesnt mean we want the rights to the others first born.

I agree to the fullest. From what i learn from them, i use as ammunition against them, if i have a customer considering going to them. I know they do the seem thing, so i have no guilt about it. 😎

what i meant by unwelcomed is their ignorant comments and made-up stories like the fish face one. i'll talk to them all day if they have something interesting or mature to say or if they want to talk like serious businessmen, but i do not welcome there idiotic comments about cingular.

Most of the VZW folks who come here are pretty decent folks. 85 percent (personal churn) is the exception, not the rule.

Well, my uncle recently went to a VZW store and was not too impressed. He was about to walk out the door when the very beautiful sales girl stopped him and told him she would do ANYthing to get his business. He wasn't too impressed with "MoreLiesThan Wireless", but he was lsitening to this very hot chick. She told him the ONLY thing she had to compare to ROLLOVEr was herself. 😲 Apparently, she was an expornstar gone legit, and really knew how to "service" an account. 🤣 Well he left the store with a VZW phone, but went next door and got himself a Cingular phone that actually doesn't fall apart. He goes back to the VZW store every month to pay his bill and get his monthly "PERK". 39.99/ month for service from a pornstar....WOW. I'm goi...
