Can anyone who has this phone IN STORE please let me know in which market you are located.
I have a need to buy 10 of these handsets and the brilliant marketers at Cingular have said this handset will not launch here (in Texas) anytime soon.

We don't have it. That should be pretty obvious to you since I'm in Texas too, but I thought you'd want a confirmation of what you've already been told.

My source at Ft. Worth distribution says "the decision was made to not release this phone in Texas".

being a former blue store they tell us that we can only sell with a current or new service, atleast thats what our DM has told us. they are 440.00 for no commitment price.

I am an agent, and I would doubt that they would be willing to sell ten...you would be looking at $449 a pop if they did, which again, is very doubtful.

Again, I really doubt that they would sell them, but I'll shoot my area manager an email tomorrow. Feel free to message me with any other details...I'm one of the 'higher-ups' in my company, so I will see what I can do.

Personally, I think the phone is kinda meh. But, I'm not that big of a fan of windows mobile devices. The nokia 6682 does everything this phone does, and better. I had a SMT5600 before my 6682 (which I have had for about 6 months and no problems, early firmware tho) and think the 6682 is much better. Again, my own opinion...I can understand a demand for the 2125.
