they probably wanted it on the market before the courts slammed RIM for patent infringement......all that time and money testing and producing, they had better let it hit shelves

that was a thought floating in my mind, but there was no way to be sure about it so i dint say. I usually wont spew things i dont know, but i along with you think it had a big influence on the rush.
