OK, I know all you people see to love speculating about what may or may not be out soon so here we go, straight from the latest agent price list for the central region:

Cingular 2125 (not sure, Cingular is listed as the manufacturer)

Firefly

LG F7200 (PTT device?)

Motorola V557

Nokia 6030

Samsung D357 (PTT device?)

Samsung D307 (already out at some National Retail)

Sony W600i

Sony Z520a

Of all those phones I've only actually laid eyes on the LG-7200. I was actually really impressed. I'm not usually known to have an affinity for LGs, and certainly not sliders, but the guy at the corp store let me put my sim in the phone and I really liked how it operated. I am definitely going to buy either the Samsung D357 or the LG-7200 for the PTT service, and I think I'm going to go LG for once in my life. It'll be my first LG and first slider so I look forward to trying it out.

I've read mobileburn's review on the SE Z520 as well and it looks VERY promising.

what's the price (and terms) on the Cingular 2125? I'm guessing this is the HTC Tornado, that is listed as the HTC 2125 on the cingularextras.com page that was leaked last week sometime. T-Mobile has licensed it as well and is branding it as a "T-Mobile" brand phone, so I wouldn't be surprised if Cingular is doing the same thing.

I know it isnt yet. we're not supposed to know until december. Kinda tight-lipped, but if it slips their lips, it'll be heard. 🙂

The Motorola V557 should do very well, considering how popular the V551 is right now. The Screen 3 technology that it will feature should be an interesting bit, anyone know more of how customers may benefit from that technology?

Ok, missed some of these other handsets on the price sheet:

Under the data section-

Cingular 8100
Cingular 8125
Blackberry 8700c
Sierra 860 (UMTS data card)
Novatel u730 (UMTS data card)

The HP iPAQ 6510 and 6515 still are there and were due to be released today.

The Nokia 9300 is also still there.

texaswireless,

Do you know if the HTC 2125 is coming to market on Nov 1 or is that a December launch?
I want to get a WM5 phone, since the Nokia 6682 that I have has a few well documented errors...

it's not a motorola sanctioned product. it was created by an individual company so you would have to try to order it from them.

Not true. The pink RAZR was a special edition with Maria Sharapova's signature on it.

go to that link and click on the more pictures. It is not aftermarket -- it is a Motorola Special Edition product.
