how about the new look? a lot fresher and way more organized. my first try without any training cut a minute or so off the activation process for me. I finished in nine minutes from the time the customer came in until he left, phone working with three accessories and three features. Superb work by the web designers.

any one try to do a port and add it to an account as a stand alone plan yet? no add to account field to put existing number in?field only comes up when adding to family plan not individual

I love the format, however, there are some serious bugs in the system. but all in all good so far.
