Bad Cingular sales support.
1. Does Cingular have a phone that supports bluetooth OBEX and DUN?
2. Can I use it with my laptop every once in a while to get email and such when I am traveling without paying for a big data account?
3. When does nights and weekends start? Do I have an option to start them sooner?
My wife's family has all moved to Verizon but I do not like they way they cripple their phones. I could pick up a 815 and hack it but I would like to go with a company that doesn't do play stupid tricks.

OK, what is so wrong with going to a Cingular store in a mall??? In my area, that is where most of the Cingular Corporate stores are.

3. nights are 9p-6a, you can add 7p-7a for $7 for a single line or $14 for entire family talk
Thanks jink7676. I was about to post something similar to that.
I can't really think of a cingular phone that doesn't allow you to DUN. After all we're cingular, NOT VZW. 😛 he he he
😉
OBEX is standard.
I have to admit that the dataplan is a sticking point. I would use it only 3 or 4 times a year so paying for it for all year seems a bit much.
I like that they are GSM phones. Maybe I will have to take a good look at TMobile as well. Sprint isn't bad but they do not seem to have any Bluetooth phones to speak of.

Not true. The blackberry handsets do not support OBEX
