Let's start bidding on Cingular's 3Q results... I think we'll be somewhere at 1.2M. 😕 Anyone else?

As much as I want Cingular to have a good quarter, my guess is 900k.

Why the shock???? That is right on par with what Merryl Lynch expects them to do.

Tough to say... Cingy's been losing momentum, but they did go back to 9.99 add-a-line partway through the quarter, right?

Probably about the same as last quarter... 1.0 to 1.1 million.

I hate to say it boys but having both Cingular and Verizon for a few years, I have to say Cingular has gone downhill. They have much better phones, great CS, Lots of flexibility, but they do have alot of dropped calls and "can you hear me now" issues as of late.

I'm predicting more will leave and less then 1 million new customers. Verizon is getting nice phones finally but still grinds nickles out of their customers. If cingular continues the down trend, Verizon will feel very comfortable raising prices. Like Toyota did many years ago.

Gosh PB, even I think Cingy will get 1 million new customers this quarter... and I'm a pretty big Verizon fan. 🙂
