i just have to step it up and keep her informed. if a rep isn't doing their job correctly it's usually the fault of their supervisor. or the Training program. but let's not get into that.

If CINGULAR cannot keep over all happy employees, CUSTOMERS will hurt & also be unhappy.
It's not what you say but how you say it. Most cingular managers, all they need is a whip to beat down on employees considering how they talk to them & deliver information.
Reps were taken away prep time. This was usually 10 minutes from the moment shift started. This was used to launch systems & get ready & ZONED in order to deliver so called "Great Customer Service". Now the company wants everybody to login & start taking calls from angry customers while you are barely turning on the computer.
I guarantee another lawsuit coming along. Cingular was sued by employees in a class action. Seems that employees were not properly compensated for a long time for time that some worked. Example: working every day for an extra 10 minutes in order to make sure you do ur job right etc.

Reps don't wnat to take ownership anymore because we ding them if they are on the phone with the customer too long. It's a lot of stress for a cingular CSR. Managers now are not even caring anymore to help out & support the reps anymore. Of course, to everything there is an exception. Overall, managers don't give a rats a$$. This is looking at the big picture.
