When calling account review...
Apparently there is a new policy when you call account review (a.r.) you are supposed to give them your first and last name. I personally have an issue with giving my last name to some one I dont know. If it was all that dire to know they can look up my cuid. So now when I call I tell them I'm 'Mike Jones'. I think next time I will see if I can slide 'Dave Chapelle' by and if they catch on to that I will tell them my name is 'Cornell Flakeford'

For those that dont know, Mike Jones is a Houston, TX rapper and that is his catch phrase... Mike Jones, Who? Mike Jones. He is always giving out his cell phone number in his rap songs which happens to be a cingular phone.
