t616 Insurance Replacement?
Well, i'm on my 3rd t616 with Cingular, and the warranty period on mine is nice and expired, and this phone is starting to crap out on me. I don't really want to purchase a new phone straight out, so i was going to make in insurance claim on this one. My question is, which phone would be comparable to the one i have? The only phones that currently have BT in that price range are the 6230 and v551...I don't want another SE if i can help it. Anybody know if its possible to talk the rep into giving me either of these?

not true. have you ever done or had an insurance claim done? they replace it with a comparable model, doesn't have to be same manufacturer.

all you have to do is call lockline, they will tell you what the replacement is.
