Best Call Ever
Cust calls in. "I'm not good with cell phones and this is the first one I've ever had, but I was talking on it and all of a sudden the screen went blank and it stopped working." "Okay I'd love to help you with that. Can I please have you push the power button." "Oh......that worked. I never thought of that." "Yes ma'am just plug your phone into the charger and you shouldn't have any problems." Why don't people think of things like this? It's not that hard. My phone looks the same way it does when it's turned off. I should call in and find out what's wrong with my phone before I try anything. Gosh some people.

my wife tool a call where her cus was mad because she is about saving the enviroment and was mad because she was told that her phone was solar powered and she couldnt figure out why it wasnt holding a charge after leaving it in the sun all day

Stuff like this would not happen if people properly educated the customer at the point of sale. It only takes a minute to show them how to do this, aong with VM

People have selective hearing though. You can have something in writing in front of them, repeat it verbally, and give them a physical demonstration to go along with it and they still won't know what to do in two days because they weren't paying attention. Not everyone does that, but there are a special few who will which every rep has had.
