change of ownership

yea why is change of ownership so hard and confusing for the customer.. is there a secret way we as sales reps just run credit on the other person and change the name on the account.. or must we go threw hoops getting this signed faxed here shipped there blood sample here.. just wondering if I'm an idiot or if theres an easier way to do this.. any help would be great

blood sample???? I think it would be easier to do a dna test like on Maury or something.

As far as I know it's not easy, but it's repetitive so it's quick for me. New credit check, record the BAN on the form, record the mobile number and IMEI, then both sign and you fax it in with copies of DL. Annoying, yes, but not too bad. They've also gotten a lot faster about swapping it over lately.

ohh thanks... but when i tried that they said it has to get notorized.. ahh guess ill get fast at it and just suck it up.. or just tell them to dial 866 cingular 😈
