Gots a question for you.

Hypothetically speaking.
Say if cingular has a plan for $39.99 and has 400 minutes. And say 5 months down the road, the $39.99 plan changes to 450 minutes (still n&w/and those other good promos).
#1. Can a customer move to the new promotion? Does it require a fee?
#2. If they can, does it extend their contract?

Thank you for your answers!

1. You can change to the new promotion without any fees for changing.
2. It is a promotional plan and as long as you are within your first half of your current contract (e.g. under 12 mosof 24 month agreement; under 6 mos of 12 month agreement) you will not have to extend. If you are past half of your contract or are out of contract you will have to extend by 12 months.
