I have a v400 and its under warrenty, and if I go into the store I purchased it from what will they do about my phone since it is discontinued?

Well, if it is within 30 days and you have your receipt and all your packaging, they may exchange or refund, or possibly see if the issue with the phone can be fixed then and there (time permitting), or maybe even try to sell you another phone. otherwise, they would refer you to XbM, the warranty center, at (800)801-1101, for an exchange for a refurbished device of the same model.

We have an extension to transfer too. The only 1-800 number we have is the 1-800-801-1101 or the bilingual line 1-866-636-5807.
