🙄 I could care less about stats, the tone zone, (as I maintain a flat robotic tone,)or adherence. My customers questions are always answered (even if the don't like the answer), and nine times outta ten if there is an issue with the phone I or one of my pals in tech support will get it working again. So stats mean less than nothing to me as I usually rack up a %100 call.

having worked both customer care and tech support stats are more closely scrutinized in customer care most "tekkies" dont know how to talk to people anyway 😉
