iPhone for Authorized Dealer
So has any dealer got the iPhone yet? We have not, we were suppose to get it before Black Friday. Rumor has it that it's being stalled due to a lawsuit that someone filed because they could not get the iPhone until after the first of the year.

Probably due to dealer discrimination. I always wondered how they could do that. Only the top 10 could sell it in November and the rest have to wait until January. Gives the store ten miles down the road a huge unfair advantage. If they had just labeled those stores Premier Authorized Retailer, or Star Authorized Retailer or something stupid they could have said it was a reward to get it early; instead they just said only the top 10 companies could get it.

Why should the guy with multiple contract breaches, can't Hit VAB, feature slams and consistently tries to work around the system get first crack at it?

Top 10 companies based on sales. Which means companies with 70 locations get it before I do because I have one location. My numbers beat out every of those stores around me, there are eight, but when you combine them of course they are higher than mine.

Are you the owner of the dealer? If so that sucks you can't get it ahead of time. As a cor store employee I absolutely hate dealers as I am constantly dealing with customers that they had mis lead or flat out lied too.

I will admit, we are pretty lazy and hardly sell anything BUT the iPhone. We even greet our customers by saying, Hi welcome to AT&T, did you call about the iPhone?

We have to be very outgoing and try and make the customer have a great experience by going "above and beyond" to differentiate ourselves from other channels. We don't have the iphone and we don't have the ridiculous prices of big box retail so we have to keep people coming back some how.

No didn't get it as promised Nov. 22. Luckily the 15 - 20 ppl that come in asking for the phone that is 75% of at&ts acts can go directly across the street to wal-mart.

Its an everyday rant. I was worried that rant would sound non-sensical but geez, our business is hurt bad and att wonders why cust service is down. Its bc no one at walnart gives a damn, and when they come in here to get help I could care even less that they are att's or wallie's customer, not mine!
Yes, its personal now after 3 years (albeit year one wasn't too bad).
But just like everything else going on at Corp right now, they aren't listening. The signs are there but whatever.
p.s. At&t do you know how many ifone ppl come in here that don't know it has a SIM card? WTH are you telling them?
