Why should the guy with multiple contract breaches, can't Hit VAB, feature slams and consistently tries to work around the system get first crack at it?
The dealers where most likely selected on financial stability, multi state distribution and performance.

I love the COR stores here. The reps are so lazy it makes us look great.
I've been on both sides, indirect first and now COR, and i must say, indirect takes a lot more out of you.
We have to be very outgoing and try and make the customer have a great experience by going "above and beyond" to differentiate ourselves from other channels. We don't have the iphone and we don't have the ridiculous prices of big box retail so we have to keep people coming back some how.
MFers! Do you know how bad this thing is for morale? Literally, the bad taste in my mouth has me hating the company that pays my checks in a round-about way.
I don't consider any other provider competition but iphone selling locations, walmart, radio shack, and best buy.

Its an everyday rant. I was worried that rant would sound non-sensical but geez, our business is hurt bad and att wonders why cust service is down. Its bc no one at walnart gives a damn, and when they come in here to get help I could care even less that they are att's or wallie's customer, not mine!
Yes, its personal now after 3 years (albeit year one wasn't too bad).
But just like everything else going on at Corp right now, they aren't listening. The signs are there but whatever.
p.s. At&t do you know how many ifone ppl come in here that don't know it has a SIM card? WTH are you telling them?
