Minutes Use

I don't know if there is anything I can do at this point but I have gone over minutes by about 200 which will cost about $70.00. I check my minutes used all week on the website and even Friday it said I had well over a hundred left this month, now I am 200 over! Why does Cingular even have this on the website, it only seems to be accurate when you go over your allotted minutes. Is there anything I can do?

the *MIN# feature is accurate to an extent--typically within the past 24 hours...however, this is just meant to be used as a guide. Also, depending on your plan (ie former superhome/regional plans, or preferred nation plans) some roaming and extended network minutes can be delayed when showing up through the internet and * services. If you know that you are on one of these plans, and you know that you are going to be out of area, try and be frugal with your usage...
