RE CINGULAR JUST PLAIN SUCKS

Well if the dealers and reps in the stores were doing their JOBS, customers would have an idea of what there first bill should look like! With Cingular new activations they are billed in advance, so they pay the prorated first month plus next months bill.
To the dealer--stop being lazy and do your job right the first time--I'm tired of getting those calls about the first months bill. Also, stop telling customers that Roadside has to come with there plans, b/c it doesnt--you just want that commision--I report all dealer/agents that do that.

That was my rant! Today was a very long day obviously. 🙂

Agents don't get paid for that 60 day free trial of Roadside. I could activate that all day and never get a dime for it. It was CINGULAR that programed POS.com to automatically place it on ALL activations. Honestly, you sit in a store by yourself all day, dealin with every idiot that comes thru the door cause they can't use voicemail or broke thier phone sans insurance PLUS handling every phone call (that should have went to CS 9/10 of the time), all while tryin to sell to the people who want to buy. Then do your best to remember to ask the customer if they want to keep or decline it. If you forget to ask it gets placed automatically and then it's easiest to say that it's included and you can cancel at anytime.

There's my rant. 😛

How do I see if they put roadoadside on my account? I do not trust the internet bill information. Thanks.

The internet site sucks for billing information and even adds the bill incorrectly (to Cingular's advantage). After finding out their customer service is someone who answers the phone and blames IT for anything and is not empowered or knowledgeable I do not trust them.
