My new billing cycle starts on July 15th.....If I want to add a new Data plan,when do I add the feature to become effective on 7/15 ??

The att.com web site states that feature changes made from the site become effective immediately (I know that roadside assistance is an exception to this).

They will pro-rate the changes you make, but it may take a billing cycle for it to be completely straightened out.
