Hey peeps ..
Read about an interesting website and am checking it out, called billshrink. NO I don't work for them or have any connection at all .. I'm wanting to know if you have heard of them, and if they're legit. I spotted it in the New York Times online, hit it. They imported my bill and gave me a list of "other" plans that would save me Money over the course of my contract, and I'm trying to find the hook. They'd make money selling me into the new pla it looks like, but I'm not certain I trust their reviews/analysis. Although it looks legit.

I'm not certain if it's cool to post links and stuff or I'd put up the New York Times article (as a hint its todays and a search or "billshrink" would pull it up). Anyone ever heard of ...

I have heard of sites like this one. The savings they "advertise" are for a select few. They are on plans so wrong that the savings % is legit but not an expected amount for all who use the service.

Simple bill analysis has become a lost art but good stores have someone who is capable of performing the task. If there is a proliferation of websites to do this features obviously we should further stress that we offer the skill/task for free.

I spent about an hour going over their offering, and noticed something. The plan they finally wanted to sell me is pretty much the one I'm on !!! But it was going to save me 1300 over 2 years. As best I can tell, They do not count any state or local charges (911 fees, taxtes, etc). It did have some neat features-signal strength for the carriers in your home area code, how many different numbers I ...

They are not offering you anything your carrier isn't offering. About the only thing they might go above and beyond on is rebates on the phones, but most of the time they say a smart phone will be $0 after mail ins, yet you can only send in 1 mail in rebate in reality since you have to include the original UPC, which only one exists. Go to the corporate store/ indirect retailer, they will be able to offer you the same deals, plus, you will have someone willing to help you after the sale is complete.
