Backdating?

Can AT&T backdate features and stuff to cover unbilled overages?

technically? yes. is it standard procedure? no.

Can also only backdate to the first day of the current billing cycle.

With customer care it is a standard procedure but start the call out that.. I see my unbilled usage is going over the plan. We are supposed to proactively offer it.
