Kids can get a pass for their behaviour... but our 'customers' who in general are adults, there is no excusing their behaviour!

I do not work for cingular, but I do work in a retail store for a different carrier. If you have never worked in a retail wireless store it is hard to say why they are bitter. I have had people throw things at me, yell at me, ask me where I went to school just becuase I couldn't give them everything they wanted. A lot of customers act like kids, especially when they result to violence. I have had to throw many people of of the store for cursing, screaming, etc. That can be very draining, and emothionally hard on a person. On the flip side I have worked with unpleasant co-workers. So part of your statement can be true.

The majoirty of the time I work with wonderful customers who make my job very rewarding.

i would think that they deal with people MORE childish then elementary school kids 🙄
