A Question on Per Megabyte Pricing

I did a quick search but couldn't find what I am looking for and the ATT site is firewalled.

What I want to know is, what is the charge per megabyte on the ATT network, and what services count towards that total? Also, what plan is available to eliminate that charge?

I'm doing a comparison of how companies are charging for data, so any help would be wonderful. Thanks.

The basic charge for data is .01 per Kb. On standard phones you can get unlimited data usage with media.net for $15. PDA plans are unlimited for $30. There is a data only line for laptops that is $60 for 5gig of data.
