If you worked on July 11th, opening day for the new iphone 3g, tell us your experience with activating the new iphone. Did things go well or there were some problems and how did the customers handle it?

I work indirect and all I've been getting is calls about people not being able to activate their phones.

i work direct and i can't sell them because apple is in the mall with my kiosk

things went very smooth and we sold out by 930 AM. aside from the tethering slowing down a bit after 9AM EST due to CST starting to sell, everything else went great here.

I only asked cause the media is slamming AT&T and Apple about the launch being a disaster. I think APPLE customers and fans are a little better behaved than the rest of us 😁 (Kidding) and was wondering if they were having a cow in your store?
