Questions on mobile email...
I'd really like to get my AOL email (and hotmail) onto my phone...would this be possible with a V551? Aol's website tells me it is possible, but doesn't explain how. IT'd be excellent if it could be forwarded right to My Messages, rather than having to surf the mobile net, but is this possible?

What you have to do is configure the POP3 and smtp settings in the phone. I can't explain how to do it right now. But i'm sure someone else will be able to. If not get back to you on Saturday, hopefully!
AOL should be no problem. But last time I looked Hotmail didn't support POP3 SMTP.
You can call care and tell them that is what you want to do. I you get a decent rep they can help.

i dont beleive AOL has pop3 either. but aol and hotmail may have a wap version of their website where you can log onto the wireless internet and gain access through the website url to your email. not positive but its a shot.
as far as setting up pop3 email on a phone with cingular i have never been able to make it work correctly on the wireless internet express packages. which leads me to beleive you need a data connect plan due to certain feature codes being added by different plans.
