honestly, just apply. that's the best thing to do. with your experience it shouldn't be a problem. i honestly don't know the market up there, but i'm sure it's the same through out the company.

I work for a dealer in York PA and they treat me right. We just opened a new store in Mechanicsburg that might work for you. Our commission is pretty good if you have good customer service skills. I wouldn't stay anywhere for a year if I didn't think that it was a good deal.

Just answer the questions honestly. I have seen very low scores make it past the recruiter. Don't get discouraged that you didnt hear anything previously.

Every on-line application goes through an HR recruiter via a program called People Click. They get tons of apps each week. They will filter the apps based on experience and your 'test' score. It then goes into the hiring managers People Click folder and they schedule interviews.

It is very easy to get lost in the process regardless of how great you are. If you can, visit the store directly that has open positions posted. Do this during non peak times. Ask for the manager and give him/her and resume. Treat this visit as an interview ie: dont show up in jeans and a wife beater.

Hopefully during your time with the agent you established some sort of relationship with your AT&T RAE. I would ask your RAE to put in a good word for you as a candidate for employment on the corporate side. Good luck.
