My Positive Experience with Customer Service
Just called customer service regarding a few questions.
1. Price of insurance.
2. Transferring info from one phone to a new one (sorry if I sound clueless).
3. If activation is charged each time.
In addition to the female rep being very nice (and seemed quite knowledgeable) my wait time was less than 60 seconds.
But what really got me was when we were about to end our conversation she caught me off guard and wished me a Happy Birthday coming up on 11/28. Was shocked and surprised. Kudos to all of the reps.
