Keith Alan Joiner says he may be addicted to pornography, or at least that's what he told police when they arrested him for "racking up more than $1,300 in charges visiting pornographic websites" on one Cingular customer's dime. Joiner also confessed to stealing other credit card information while "employed as a call-taker at the West Corporation in Pensacola, Florida." The West Corporation takes calls from Cingular customers.

Review, check and re-check charge account and debit statements.
That’s the advice of Detective Chris McBrayer, who recently arrested a Pensacola man who stole a woman’s debit card information and used it to purchase pornography on the internet.
The suspect – Keith Alan Joiner, 22, of 414 Hyacinth Dr. – was arrested Jan. 29. He was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card and criminal use of personal identification.

If you took 1% of the time you spent searching for contract loopholes, attempting to disprove others posts, and posting inflammatory posts, and spent that time actually trying to provide helpful information to people on this site, you could be quite a helpful individual. Sadly, I doubt this will ever happen. ☹️ ☹️ ☹️ ☹️
Point proven.
Regarding third party vendors, I did CS for Cingular through Convergys, had to do a criminal background check, had the same access to accounts any other rep would have. Near the end of my tenure, however, as our call center was having difficulty meeting recruitment targets, hiring standards went out the window. Criminal records - including...
