I haven't seen this on CSP or anywhere else, but now customers can use *Services to check their text usage.

There's already the *MIN# for minutes, *BAL# for balance, and *PAY to pay your bill. Now there's *DATA# to check how much text and internet you have remaining.

it does it on an individual line basis, whatever phone requests it gets the info for itself

min e just said my media net was unlimited and showed how many text messages are remaining.

Mine showed Unlimited also because I'm on a BB. They may still be fine tuning it, but I'm glad they're doing it! Customers have been asking about how to track their texts for awhile now.

It may be not be deployed nationwide yet then. I guess that would explain why there's been no announcement. It works in the DFW market though.

do you have texting turned off on your plan? That sounds like there's an issue with your account.

no, I got the balance one and I actually talked to them yesterday and they sent a test text.... Texting was the reason I called because of going over...this would be great for me.

That's really really odd then. We're in the same market and it works for me and my employee. I guess there are still some bugs.

i did the *3282# and got the thank you for your request a message will be sent. i got a message but it said, this information is not available to you until your next billing cycle. does anyone know why?
