Giving Cingy a second chance.
I have personally owned(own) the w810i(which is a great phone, even though i've never been a sony guy), LG cu500, Sams SYNC, and the v3xx, as much as it pains me to say it.....the v3xx is really the best phone out right now, its honestly the best phone i've ever used.....the camera is only 1.3 but is much better than the 2.0 MP camera of the SYNC...
I personally wouldn't get a phone that doesnt use 3G..but if you don't care then the w810i is pretty good....
besides 3G i guess one difference that could help you is if you use voice dial at all.....
the SYNC and the cu500 don't have it...(oh yeah and the cu500 can only play music in a few formats...it becomes a pain)
the v3xx has speaker independent voice dial, which...

or maybe a SLVR L7...
And apparently Moto Q9 will be coming at some point... just don't know when...
cheers
Samsyng sync isn't a bad choice either but the music players isn't as good plus you have to purchase the music bundles and a memory card which the sony comes with.

It is realistic if you aren't using any of the phone features.
or a bt headset. I use one all the time so I get less than 8 hrs. more like 6 hrs.
They have a large selection, and I've used almost every single phone on there, but I'll give you a list of phones that I've either had or used extensively, and found to be worth it:
- Motorola Razr V3i or V3r. I currently have a V3i, but I bought it unlocked and it doesn't have iTunes. It's the most solid phone I've ever had. It's taken a bit of a beating, and my abuse. And by abuse I mean 200+ hours of talk time with somewhere in the neighborhood of 10,000 texts. It's still kicking perfectly fine. I say go for the V3r, because I've never liked iTunes on a phone. The Motorola Music Player or whatever it's called works perfectly fine. I only have a 64meg card that came with the phone, but it holds my favo...

The only downside to both Sony Ericssons is that they use Sony's Memory Stick, instead of microSD.
đ
how is this a downfall? I find Sony's memory cards a lot cheaper than the microSD đ
As much as I didn't want to fall into the RAZR styled handset group, there was no way I could deny the features and performance this thing offers. The media player is excellent, the camera is great, and any issues I've seen on past versions of the RAZR have been resolved in this model.
So far, it's the best phone I've ever used.
..
.only problem i've had is my bluetooth goes in and out a couple times a day....prob just my phone though...yours?
its hard to get ppl to believe you though with all the previous razr's being....well you know đ
Have been with the "red empire" Verizon for about 4 years... Previously with the "blue empire" right before they were sucked up by the orange bandits...
Just tired of Verizon's way of forcefully implementing features (like Brew, and their Get It Now), and crippling phones by limiting things like Bluetooth, and adding their common UI to everything... And I get a few dropped calls with them from time to time...
So trying the orange team for a trial period (haven't canceled red yet)...
So right now, for 30 days I'm trying out a Blackjack (i607) (went with it because of the 3G and also because it's thin and perfectly sized, but was seriously considering the Blackberry Pearl). ...

i like the fact that it will be just as thin as the pearl and will feature GPS, but no camera and no 3G.... đĸ
