I was being facetious for the most part. Sure the one quarter hasn't effected the buyour, but as I stated if the trend continues with AT&T Wireless losing 367,000 customers Cingular can exercise their right to recsind their deal to buy AWS. Hopefully that won't happen, and the buyout will go as planned.

i think cing is at least as interested in attws spectrum as they are their customers. with the rolling out of umts this summer both are gonna need as much spectrum as possible.

Agreed, 46 million customers is a HUGE number to juggle, a loss of even a few million won't hurt. Especially if it dropps the stock prices a bit, it'll make their 41 billion more enticing.
