If you need a discount on AT&T products please let me know, I work for them and am able to activate, upgrade, or even switch your service from another carrier while keeping your number the same! You can e-mail me @ lacrosseplaer@yahoo.com if you have any questions.

Ooh, wow. 😲

Last I heard, everyone was able to do that. 🙄

Come on, guys. Dustin needs to hit quota over here. If you act now, you can actually keep your existing number. What a deal. What a concept. 😛

So Dustin's the brains and you're the what? I seem to remember you saying this: "hmmm the reason why is because you're terms of service says end of billing cycle and it says if you port out on your Nov and Dec invoices you will be charged up until end of billing cycle, so hey feel special you got out of it, and dont give me your wireless number or else I will reverse any credit they gave you"

I wouldnt in fact make any changes, I only take care of my own calls and am not concerned with what any other rep does because frankly, who should care? If that customer was one I had, he/she would not have received any credit for pro-rated invoice due to LNP, no brains required, I just am not concerned with trivial things that do not concern me.

THAT's what I wanted to hear a card carrying member of ATTWS customer service say!

Just to clarify policy. If the customer is a TDMA customer they get charged the full monthly service. If the customer is a GSM customer the bill is pro rated. TDMA customer are entitled to the full months worth of minutes even if there bill appears pro rated and then has a debit for the remaining monthly service. If they get charged for going over but weren't given there full month of minutes they are entitled to a credit up to the amount of minutes included in their plan.

Just to clarify another point. These situations are not decided based on any reps opinion, these decisions are based on following company policy.
