I love it when a cust will start to get irate and make a statement about our service or whatever, adn then just stop talking expecting you to say something to add to the fire. I really love it when cust do this. I just wait there and not say anything. I like to make them make the first move.

I LOVE that. I'm good at staying calm. But I just love the silent pause. I use it as a sales technique at my other job. It forces the cust to make the first move.
