Well, you could give the manufacurers $10,000,000 to Process and Research dopplar on a wireless phone, which would include minaturization technology (since current dopplar is HUGH), nuclear batteries (battery would have to be small enough and have lots of portable energy)...

i have doplar on my razor..i just downloaded mycast from mycingular to the phone it gives doplar and tells forcast for the nect 7 days...its like my own little weather channel
