...speaking with a customer associated with a state hwy systm-

had some lines on ANALOG, and some lines on GSM, and wanted to migrate the analog ones to gsm (blue to blue) - i thought, okay, easy enough... you need a new phone yada yada... and cust goes...

" I don't understand, these phones are in call boxes on the highway, why would I need a new phone" I explained the difference between Dig/analog and gsm but yet still unable to explain how this fits in with call box phones issued for government highways... would the wireless device itself be installed in here? I'm confused as HECK and on the line with rez... maybe just something I haven't heard of... any insight??

i don't think so tho, he just seems like an under educated AOP because he knew what he was talking about on some things, but that just confused me to no end.
