Reps: Are you actually doing the survey?

I'm this || close to a CAP because I didn't do the survey for a few days - and when I did my surveys the other night, it put me OVER that magic number (600) by 15 seconds.

So because I was doing my job, I get punished?

Am I the only one who finds any excuse possible to get out of the survey?

What survey? Do you mean that stupid one where they ask you a bunch of questions? If so, I NEVER EVER do that survey... I always get the email stating that the survey is available for us to do and that our TL will send it to us, but I never get the link to do it! 😁 (Watch now that I opened my mouth I'll either 1) Have to do the survey or 2) Get a CAP for not doing it too, and yet I don't get sent the link to do it 😳) Personally, I think that survey is just a sneeky sneeky way for the head honchos to know how stupid/smart we are.. sneeeeeky sneeeeeeky... testin' us to see what we do and do not know

he's not talking about that babe. He's talking about the stupid call closing "survery" that management things we are doing on calls. I haven't done it once and i hope i get capped for it because ill take it right to my MO and throw it in her face and quit right there. Why doesn't ur center know what this is?

We have to ask most cust what they rate our service on that call out of 10. if they say 7 or less we have to ask them why. I'll be unemployed b4 i do this rediculous bulls*it. My TL asked me why I wasn't doing it and I told him that it was agaisnt the con's "core values" that u guys shove down our throats. He say it doesnt and that I should do it and i said no.

We haven't been made to do that here yet either. Now that I've heard of it I'm dreading it coming though 🙄

I never do the survey. I was told it was brought in place for any non cingular call center because Cingular was blaming all the bad customer service on non cingular centers. This survey, was designed to show cingular that we actually do good service, its just the bad policies from cingular that are causing all the complaints.

i have "forgotten to do te survey for 3 weeks and it was just brought up, ill do it occasionally, but for every call!?!

Hi my name is....and i'd love to fail PAR to ask you some insignificant questions and take up more of your valuable time....

The Convergys center in Edmonton is not doing this survey 😳

We haven't even heard of it 😛

OH MY GOSH! You poor reps. Everytime I think I have it hard, I think about you non-Cingular call centers. I don't know how you guys don't have giraffe blood pressures.
I know my cable company does those type of surveys at the end of the call and I think it is a waste and frankly embarrassing to have to answer them.
