HOLY DAMN: IF ANY OF YOU READING THIS UNDERSTANDS PLEASE READ. If you are unsure of what your balance is, dont friggin wait 20 years or however long to know what it is. Do any one of you know what responsability is, cause if you dont, look it up in the bloody dictionary. Customer calls in with a winy high voice, and hadnt paid her bills in 6 1/2 months, geez. Are you that stupid to not friggin realize that hmmmmmmm, let me see, I have a phone, havent seen a bill in 6 months, better call in and bitch and wine and complain. Customers try to blame us for this **** but really dont have a clue to when to check there bill. My personal fav.: here's the scenerio, cust ported to cing over three months ago and now their fon is suspended for non pay bc of old att acct...
cust "i dont owe u for service", explain service period time to cust and they start to understand- oh they really do owe the money
2-then they try..."well you havn't sent me any bills"
verify cust billing address and explain bills sent out at the end of billing cycle for the last three months
cust-"well i never got em"
me- yea well we sent em and you still owe em!

You have some people who will just use ANY and ALL excuses to get out of paying a bill. It really is just sad. I work for Mastercard as a care rep so yeah I have pretty much heard it all before... 😕
