so my TL comes over like 20 times a day to give me my stats for PAR. like I care. I know that they will affect my re preferance and all that but come on now.....like ouot of all my calls to day I've transfered 2 people and have 1 short call.....you know what that means? that I've failed my Par....how is the fact that a call comes from the sst and all I hear opps Ive reached the wrong dept and then they drop my fault? or the fact that I STILL havent gotten digital training so I cant help but trans them? god I hate this.do they stay up late at night in deep secert meetings comming up with new ways to screw us around? If you don't offer to transfer then you fail on moniters...BUT...if they want to be transfered then we are screwed on PAR WTF an...

i wasn't in AWIT sunday past becasue i had too many dropped calls...

I talked to more kids that day then i did anyone else.. how the hell is that my fault and i think dropped calls is the dumbest part of par ever

Well guess whos call transfer rate just went out the window because the people who decide what split I should be in PUT ME IN THE WRONG ONE? Im GSM trained only..only so why is it that almost daily I find myself trying to handle digital calls? I've never been trained..lord knows I've asked tro be but the answer I always got was no...My curent TL has told me to go ahead and bluff my way through a digital call which I've tried to do but I dont understand the system so as long as its simple I can do it but get into details and I have to transfer you so you get the right answers. So because they stuck me in that split 5 of the last 6 calls I've taken have been digital and as they were esn changes for 2 of them inqueries about billing issuses and...
