NOTHING has changed

I don't get it. Why aren't people getting the IVR recording... the commercials... the bill inserts... listening to CSR (me!)

NOTHING ON YOUR BLUE RATE PLAN HAS CHANGED. NOR WILL IT UNTIL YOU ASK US TO CHANGE SOMETHING.

Seriously. Just another one of those frustrating million times a day calls.

my bill is so high now that you guys took over. Whats up with that? you guys have to take me out of collections cause its all your fault.from the second you took over I started dropping calls.

Me sir if you simply hit redial on your phone you'll recive 1 cur minute for the dropped call..oh and by the way sir most of your bill that is in collections was from months before the merger can I help you with today?

When he hung up he was talking about suing us and crap like that. I giggled...alot 🤣
