CRAPPY TRAINING
Working for CINGULAR is the BOMB - NOT!. The crappy training we get is horrible. It used to be thought provoking learning activities, but now they have resorted to watching videos. Come on now, you think that sitting at your desk most of the day, training would be a little different, but no. They still feed you the retorical B.S. that nobody cares about or already knows. Does anybody think the same or am I sitting alone on this issue of self defribation ( is that a word?)This place makes me insane. 😳 HEHE 😈 HA HA 😕 AAAAAARGH.

At least u get videos... so far mine has consisted of the instructor saying where to go in the intranet crap and then we read and do a test... ooooohhhh... though provoking.... the only way I get anything out of it is if it happens to come up in the current dream im having... well i should say nightmare if im dreaming of cingular

😁 😁 😁 😁 😁 We had a trainer that had slanty eyes, it was so funny, cause when he was talking to you and looking at you, his eye was looking to the right and his left eye was kind of straight.

The true BS was the care rep portion, man if I met a rep with an attitude like that, being all happy and almost laughing, I would kick their ass. That pisses me off to know end that kind of personality. Stupid training video.

You guys think your training as bad.. my training class went through FIVE, yes count 'em, FIVE trainers in those six weeks!!! And do you think we learned anything??? Nooooooooooooooooo! We were like fed to the wolves 👿 when we got on the phones. I swear, EVERYTHING I've learned, I've learned from the experinces I've had from being on the phones and not what I've learned in training. 👿

you almost wonder where they get these trainers sometimes i think they just pull them off teh street and say can you speak english ok your hired! they seem like they have never taken a call themselves and speaking from experience some of the stuff they tell you to say would make me turn and run from the company too like who write this stuff anyway
