I use got off of a call from a StartEk rep and they were awesome! he was real nice.


The divested Market group I find is very rude and acts like they cant do nothing. One girl I spoke with today had the worst attitude. She set my mood today!

Im cool now though 😉

I know exactly what you mean. I'm a good ol' starteker myself, and my sup complains that I'm too nice. Also most customers that are mad at the company always tell me they will call back because they don't want to yell at me because I'm so sweet.
So I dunno what all this hoopla is about us being rude. I think some of us may be, and some of us aren't, just like at any other call centre. I bet I could argue that reps in every other centre are rude simply because I've gotten one or two out of 2000 that were.
