Thought on a promo AWS should offer, or any carrier
Last new thread today i swear. ;) I still think AWS should offer birthdays just like holidays. I mean its 1 day a year. And if we have it on file they get it. If not they have to call us and add it. If its not on file to f#$%ing bad. Send a notice out on the bills to let customers know. 😁

I respectfully disagree. 😉 It would be too hard to manage. And really, as a care rep, I wouldn't want to deal with this. I have enough on my plate already..
Although, I would be up for a birthday card with a 50% off an accessory coupon. With even 50% off, AT&T Wireless would still be making money off of the purchase.
