I like these forums it's good to vent in cyberpace sometimes and keep all the VZW fiends from cluttering this mo****ka with all their rubbish and misinformation.
It's also a good place to ask questions and get helpful information so we could all do better at our jobs.
The list of phones and full glossary of terms is also what really rounds out this website.

Last time I c hecked 90% of the message in this and other forums ARE employees, otherwise there would be like one post a week in each of the carrier forums.

Unfortunatly i think a lot of the Shop talk topics get stuck in the Carrier forums because a lot of us reps can get into the forums page from work. I know i can't. I can get into the carrier page and pull up the forums that way but i can't get into the forums page so i can't get on the Shop talk forum from work 🤭 . I know this is a really bad excuse and if we cant get on there then we should post those issues but i'm just letting you know our issue.
