had a customer complain that there was always things popping up on his bill like roaming and overages. what exactly does one say to that? seems like we're being blamed for the customer not knowing/understanding their rate plan

Same here....3 yrs this past July. And you're right, it's pretty amazing how some customer's don't believe they have any responsibility when it comes to services...whether it be cell phones, utilities, etc.

I just had a customer on the fon originally a customer of go fon and now decided to go with a contract. Her home market is New York all she could say was I signed up on a local 39.99 plan and I got roaming in Florida. And when you tried to explain local coverage she said well New Jersey and Pennsylvania are not that local so why isn’t Florida included in my plan it was on the go fon 🙄

Well, at least you can tell what f-o-n is supposed to be. I mean... wtf are tt, cp, and otp??

My guess is that tt is "talked to", otp is "on the phone" and I don't know what cp is, unless it means "cell phone". I myself only abbreviate CCI (customer called in). I find that it actually slows me down if I abbreviate things. I guess it makes me think too long on what the abbreviation should be rather than the content of the notes.

I know that in cyberland CAPS means that you are yelling, but did you know that if you are in AXYS, you can get almost an extra line and a half of typing if you type in CAPS. Plus it makes an important situation stand out.

Trainers in our call center were not aware of it and loved the idea. The more notes the better! (just make them coherent please...no rambling)
