Sick and tired

I been with Boost Mobile for quite some time now. I read many things on this forum thta many people bash Boost for their past mistakes. Boost is still a growing cellular provider trying to provide the best service for their customers. I never had a problem with my service or customer care when I needed them. The only thing I can tell you people is a cell phone is only good when you know how to use it. And if you are not happy with boost mobile, go to another provider and pay a lot more with their "quality" service.


1. Best customer care
2. Great service
3. Great Phone
4. SHRINKAGE!!!!!!
5. Insurance (FINALLY!!!)

And if you got something negative to say to me about Boost Mobile, please don't bother posting here.

Relax, though I would not go as far as praising their customer service (being a rep myself, I'm a bit critical) I do agree with you in all your other assesments.

This is a forum, and it gets boring without criticism, so people criticize. Besides, a lot of us are fed up with a workday full of angry customers, and need someplace to vent. Since Phonescoop is unrestricted...

Sometims those people are the ones who have never had boost and listen so some hype about a better prepaid service and list off reasons anyone else sucks. I've never really heard anything bad about them, other than in my area Boost doesn't have great signal, but it still does the job.

Its nice to hear people who have positive things about a carrier too and aren't negative all the time.
