Center partners in my opinion has ruined my career here at Cellular One. 4 calls graded instead of the 6 that should have been. A 94.5% which is .5% below the required got me written up. This in turn cost me my chance at a promotion which i very much deserved. I put up with and accepted being looked over for people of less quality and knowledge for 2 years. Senn the spot opened and closed more times do to poor choice. I finally do EVERYTHING they ask me to. Even coming to work with the best attitude when others above and below me grumbled and moaned. Center [partners in their infinate wisdom only looked at my care calls. They also chose call that were not either short or very long. So they get to chose what calls they listen to bas...

I cant wait for the quality to come in house either.

I had to dispute a call earlier this week because they said I didnt call the customer by name. I did it 10 seconds in to the call, and it was very obvious.. whats going on here..

I dont think they should get to choose the call either. I understand they need to grade calls for hundreds of reps, but you know, a lot of those 15+ min calls are the ones where you really get a chance to shine, and have the customer appologizing for being such an ass to you when all your doing is trying to help them.

Sorry to hear about you losing out on the promo. That really sucks.

yeah cp is not always so bad though, you have to admit when they gave a wage increase to every employee that was fairly nice, and all becasue the cost of living/gas too. now ive worked at cp for almost three years and have aplied at many many differnt promotions, for some reasaon they are always telling me to apply just to turn me away, i get those crappy little emails saying sorry but other aplicants are more qualified, well sorry that i applied at all then. god they just piss me off about that. ohh and the best part when you get hired they tell you theres deffinate chance for moving up in the lader sorry but one of the now team sups started over a year and half after me and hes already wherre he is and he has no more qualifications then...
