It is a loose, loose situation

I just switched to a Windows phone on Cricket, they did not tell me that I would loose voice mails and that I can no longer send text to email addresses. Can no longer receive text from email addresses either. I lost some important information because of this and missed some very important alerts. It actually cost me money, or to be concise, it lost me money. Cricket does not even seem to care. It has been just a loose, loose situation for me.

sorry you had to deal with that but easy fix for that
1. you should be within a 30 day buyers remorse period where you can exchange it for one that meets our needs


2. like a nomal person set up your email adress on the phone and instead of trying to use a text to email or email to text, just use email...quick fix right there
