and get ringback tones, (or whatever cricket is going to call it) i know vzw and tmobile have it (im sure there are others) I figure with the merger of leap/vzw.. they should...

Since when did Verizon and Leap merge? Or are you talking about the agreement, where Leap will be able to use some verizon towers for roaming? which is far from a merger...
